MICHAEL QUAN

As the Founder and Principal Consultant at MQ360 Consulting, I offer my partners a comprehensive suite of financial, accounting, and project management services. My approach, anchored in systematic and continuous evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making, seamlessly integrates into every phase of a project’s life cycle, ensuring a dynamic and iterative process from initiation to closure.

A key aspect of my expertise lies in 20 years of solid financial forecasting experience. Forecasting provides numerous benefits:

My proficiency in forecasting has enabled leaders to anticipate financial trends, allocate resources more efficiently, make informed strategic decisions, and meet their financial targets.

Before focusing on the nonprofit sector, I provided financial services to the private sector, primarily in real estate and facilities management. Additionally, I co-founded a successful manufacturing and retail business, operating within the competitive and selective NYC Holiday Markets for over a decade.

I have served on the board of directors for APICHA Community Health Center, actively supporting its mission to deliver comprehensive healthcare services with a focus on underserved communities. I have a passion for dance and esoteric practice, consider myself deeply reflective,  and reside in Brooklyn, NY with my husband and a spoiled beagle named Bandit.
